KINGSTON, Jamaica – The seventh race of eleven on the Saturday card (July 23, 2022), is division one of a three-year-old non-winners of two for locally bred horses, and a maiden for three-year-old foreigners. The distance is five furlongs round.
There are nine three-year-olds entered with THE QUICK GALLOPER analysis published below.
– JAGUAR is a chestnut colt (January 11) by Berlino Di Tiger out of Bubbling Angeline. Made a winning debut in December of last year and now 223 days after, Jaguar makes his second appearance. He was scheduled to run on June 25 but was declared a late non-starter, injured. Jaguar has looked good at exercise and should report in good nick.
– RUM PUNCHER is a chestnut gelding (February 28) by Soul Warrior out of Miss Angeline. Coming to come in this grouping but five furlongs round is going to be a bit sharp for him. That said, there are no demons in this race and as such,  Note, that Rum Puncher races with the figure 8 on.
– POWER OF FAITH is a chestnut gelding (April 13) by Key To Power out of Yield To Faith. Has shown nothing in non-two, with no change anticipated. Can hit the board given the quality of the opposition. Note, Power of Faith races with the visor off.
– RIDDIM is a chestnut filly (USA April 2) by Race Day out of Nabbed. This US-bred filly is yet to show anything of worth. Note, Riddim races with the blinkers on and the tongue tie off.
– HIDDEN VALLEY is a chestnut filly (March 28) by Soul Warrior out of Little Thunder. Entering non-two for the first occasion and will learn.
– NOBLE IMPULSE is a chestnut colt (June 26) by Midnight Hawk out of Herroyalhighness. A winner six days ago, making it difficult with the quick turnaround in a new class.
– PIP is a bay colt (March 27) by Perfect Curlin out of Noon It Is. Coming off a 91-day rest period. Pip is suited by the distance and has little to fear from the other eight horses entered. As such, he has a good opportunity of making win number two. Note, Pip races with the tongue tie on.
– BROMPTON ALEX is a chestnut gelding (April 13) by Lion Tamer out of Peccadillo. Not given a chance of winning.
– SIR TAJAY is a bay colt (April 15) by Traditional out of Lastochka. Even with the experience of 17 starts, Sir Tajay cannot handle these.
