All trainers, grooms, jockeys, stable assistants and jockeys’ agents with outstanding licensing balances are reminded that the final payment is due by Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
Members are urged to settle all outstanding balances by the deadline.
Please note: Failure to make payment by September 30, 2026, will result in the member being placed on the Forfeit List, with the following restrictions:
Trainers: Unable to enter horses.
Grooms: Unable to perform duties as a licensed/registered Groom.
Jockeys: Ineligible to ride.
Jockeys’ Agents: Unable to benefit from their respective jockeys’ earnings.
Members are therefore encouraged to make every effort to settle all outstanding licensing payments by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, to avoid being placed on the Forfeit List and the resulting restrictions on their participation in racing activities.
All payments should be made at the office of the Jamaica Racing Commission, at Unit 15-17 Big Buy Plaza, 16 West Trade Way, Portmore, St Catherine.
