Messi scores a double

KINGSTON, Jamaica – As predicted by the ‘Cook Food Specialist”, Messi in a strong performance got home by 4 ½ lengths just moments ago with Oneil ‘Lester Piggott’ Mullings in the saddle to win the eighth race at Caymanas Park.
The eighth event was a Restricted Allowance for 4-year-olds and up non-winners of two run over seven furlongs.
Messi got off to a bad start, breaking behind his nine rivals. But Mullings was able to steady Messi’s course thereafter and when he decided to produce his mount on the inside rails it was over and done with.
Messi who won at odds of 4-5 was winning his second race from three starts and in so doing gave trainer Philip Feanny his second entry into the winners’ enclosure for the day.
Sendamessagetomama finished second with Anaso third.
