KINGSTON, Jamaica – Both jockey Osive Donegal and trainer Cashbert Khwalsingh earned their second win in 2020 after Luminous Power won the second of nine races on the Caymanas Park, Saturday (September 5) programme moments ago.
Donegal was as patient as can be on Luminous Power in the Restricted Allowance call for five-year-olds and upwards run over five furlongs round call.
He allowed leader Dash of Class and others to vie for early sprinting supremacy, deciding instead to cut the corner at the turn for home before gathering momentum on the inside rails to win going away from rivals.
Trickster (Dick Cardenas) was second and April Spirit (Dennis Brown) third.
