KINGSTON, Jamaica – Seven juveniles are starting in the 6-furlong BGLC | TOBA Jamboree Sprint this Saturday (November 12, 2022) at Caymanas Park.

The Quick Galloper assessment is provided below.

1 – NOISY LADY is a bay filly (May 10) by Savoy Stomp out of Raise Your Voice trained by Philip Feanny with Oneil Mullings aboard. Note Noisy Lady races with the visor off and the tongue tie on. Noisy Lady was dismissed on last (October 6) at five furlongs round by Mojito, who is once again present. The best on offer for Noisy Lady is a place on the board. Exercise: On November 6, Noisy Lady breezed five furlongs in 1:02.4.

2 – ROARING THUNDER is a grey colt (April 16) by Speith out of Little Thunder trained by Gary Griffiths with Oshane Nugent aboard. He finished way behind Durocell on his debut 21 days ago. Still learning. Exercise: Roaring Thunder galloped five furlongs in 1:05.4 seconds on November 5.

3 – SWEET VICTORY is a grey filly (February 18) by Speith out of Bitter End trained by Howard Jaghai with Aaron Chatrie aboard. Debutante still finding her way in the mornings.

4 – SHOW GIRL is a bay filly (April 9) by Northern Giant out of The Girl Next Door trained by Jason DaCosta with Anthony Thomas aboard. Note, Show Girl races with first-time Lasix. Found herself in the ruck when making her first run on October 29. Will have to wait even with first-time Lasix. Exercise: Show Girl clocked 1:01.3 for five furlongs on November 7.

5 – UNCHARTER is a bay colt (February 15) by Hedge Fund out of Little Gidding trained by Jason DaCosta with Robert Halledeen aboard. Said to be progressing in the mornings but is not fully ready yet.

6 - ACKNOWLEDGEME is a bay filly (March 26) by Key To Power out of Gentle Officer trained by Michael Thomas with Omar Walker aboard. Making progress as evidenced by her second-place effort behind Rejected Raja on October 30. Acklowledgeme should be good for the exacta based on form.

7 – MOJITO is a grey colt (March 26) by Savoy Stomp out of Fiftyshadesofray trained by Richard Azan with Dane Dawkins aboard. Note, Mojito races with the blinkers and tongue tie on. This grey colt has impressed in his two outings to date, both second-place finishes both times behind Mamma Mia. Mojito gives the distinct impression he would prefer more ground with six furlongs being the longest on offer to the juveniles thus far in this season. Mojito has been slow out of his starting stall, and will need to solve that issue to be fully effective.
