KINGSTON, Jamaica – Princess Lizzy racing for the second time in a three-year-old maiden event (9 furlongs and 25 yards) with the tongue tie off and with Lasix administered for the first time was an impressive winner of the fourth race at Caymanas Park.

Ridden by Dane Dawkins and trained by Ian Parsard, Princess Lizzy was kept off the early pace racing confidently in third then in second behind Silent Cat (Matthew Bennett).

Then Dawkins decided that it was time to go and the bred in utero bay filly was taken to the lead leaving the five-furlong marker and that was the end for her 10 rivals.

Princess Lizzy came home in a more than respectable time of 1:58.4 for the distance.

War of the Roses (Dane Nelson) was second with Zabratone (Dick Cardenas) third.
