KINGSTON, Jamaica – In another clinical display, Truly Amazing made in two wins in a row from two career starts, winning the third race on the “Sprint Fest” Friday card at Caymanas Park just moments ago.
Truly Amazing who can now be considered a true late bloomer won a Restricted Allowance event for three-year-olds non-winners of two run over four furlongs straight.
Ridden by journeyman jockey Aaron Chatrie and trained by Spencer Chung, Truly Amazing (Traditional – Runnin On Empty) was not the best away but her rider was able to settle in mid-track before pulling away in style without a single touch of the whip. Truly Amazing won at odds of 1-5.
Second went to the 22-1 Schlesinger with Outrageous (3-1) third.
The winning time was 45.2.
