Have you noticed that there is no attempt to start the races on time.It is now 12.07pm. The horses have not yet left the paddock. There was an announcement recently reminding the public if the race doesn't start within the specific time the race will be abandoned .Why is this? I'll tell you,these people are now into fixed odds (ante post)betting so as to avoid getting a big hit they can delay the start and abandon the race.
