THE O & S Tack Room Trophy is the feature on Saturday’s (August 29) 10-race programme at Caymanas Park.
This Overnight Allowance call is for three-year-olds and upward horses, who have never won in this category before. The distance is a mile with has drawn a field of 11 starters.

1 - I DREAM AGAIN
A former Jamaica Derby winner, I Dream Again has only managed a single victory across seven appearances this season. Recent outings have seen him contesting shorter sprint distances, so the extension to a full mile plays significantly better to his natural strength. He boasts plenty of experience in Overnight Allowance company, and with a patient, well-timed ride, he stands a strong chance of securing his breakthrough win in the class.
2 - CAPTAIN SPARROW
Despite shedding the tongue tie for this contest, Captain Sparrow faces a tough assignment. While the one-mile distance suits his stamina profile, he looks up against it in this field and will find it difficult to mount a serious winning threat.
3 – ALLEGIANCE
Allegiance has been kept strictly to seven furlongs or shorter over his last eight outings and remains winless from 10 starts in 2026. However, racing without the visor today and stepping back up in trip gives him a prime setup. Given the composition of this line-up, he holds a genuine opportunity to end his dry spell.
4 - CALIFORNIA GOLD
Offers very little on form and holds no realistic chance of coming out on top against these opponents.
5 - BOB THE BUILDER
Returns to action following a 49-day layoff, having been scratched late due to lameness in his last scheduled engagement. Prior to that, he placed third, beaten just 2 ¾ lengths by Miss MoneyPenny and I Dream Again over the five-furlong straight course on July 11. He is more effective over a mile, and if fully sound, he is primed to fight out the finish as a primary contender.
6 - SHOOTING STAR (USA)
Returns to Overnight Allowance after a disappointing stint in high-value claiming races. Scratched late with lameness on August 8, he brings a record of one win from five starts in 2026. Two of his four lifetime victories came over seven furlongs, indicating the extra furlong will suit him well. He will need a completely flawless trip to take the top spot here.
7 - WHIZZ KIDD
Essentially a high-tier claimer who has continuously struggled to make an impact whenever stepping up into Overnight Allowance company. Hard to endorse.
8 - COOKIE DAY N NIGHT
Presents poor recent form, coming into this event winless in seven starts this year. Despite those struggles, he remains fit, possesses strong back class, and has tested himself against significantly tougher opposition in the past. If he puts it all together, he is more than capable of handling this group and cannot be safely ruled out.
9 - UNRULY MO
Late non-starter.
10 - WICKED CASSIE (USA)
Holds decent ability when delivering her best performance. While a winning effort seems unlikely against the top options, she is competitive enough to run a solid race and earn a minor placing.
11 - KING PIYE
Form is far too light to suggest a competitive showing, and he cannot be recommended for win consideration.
