KINGSTON, Jamaica – Finding a winner of the eleven entered in the seven-furlong Labour Day (May 23, 2023) three-year-old maiden call is a difficult task.

The Quick Galloper has had to dig deeper into the analysis given below.

– MR SENATOR is a roan colt (May 1) by Natural Selection out of Khadiliah, trained by Anthony Nunes with Tevin Foster aboard. Note, Mr Senator races with first-time Lasix. Yet to impress in his two starts to date. Mr Senator requires more time to find himself.

– GREY COMMANDER is a grey colt (March 30) by Valiant Minister out of Uncle Tammy, trained by Donovan Hutchinson with Chris Douglas aboard. Note, Grey Commander races with first-time Lasix. Coming along with a fifth-place run in his second racetrack appearance. Grey Commander has a chance of hitting the board.

– GOLDEN LOYALTY is a chestnut colt (June 23) by Western Mirror out of Sunscape, trained by Paul Swaby with Calvin Bailey in the saddle. Watchers are reporting that Golden Loyalty has caught attention in the mornings, and is of some worth. This first-timer is expected to put in a good shift.

- NOISY LADY is a bay filly (May 10) by Savoy Stomp out of Raise Your Voice, trained by Donovan Hutchinson with Ameth Robles aboard. Note, Noisy Lady races with the visor and figure 8 on. Showed encouraging early form as a two-year-old, yet has not developed. Noisy Lady has enough experience to hit the board.

– LIFE IS LIFE is a bay colt (February 18) by Natural Selection out of Little Wasp, trained by Jason DaCosta with Oshane Nugent aboard. Note, Life Is Life races with the blinkers off. Has been consistent in most of his 10 races to date. This contest provides the perfect opportunity for Life Is Life to shed the maiden tag, as he will enjoy the trip.

- MONEY MISER is a chestnut colt (March 16) by Soul Warrior out of She’s Traditional, trained by Fitzroy Glispie with Reyan Lewis aboard. Impressed on his debut (May 13) when finishing second, 4 ¼ lengths adrift of the well thought of Money Market over 5 ½ furlongs. On Labour Day, Money Miser travel, a furlong and a half longer, which is going to pose a tall order.

– GOD STILL LOVE ME is a bay colt (April 11) by Storm Craft out of Auntie Rhoda, trained by Gary Subratie with Dane Dawkins aboard. Note, God Still Love Me races with the visor on. This colt is slowly finding his way around. Was prominent over 8 ½ furlongs when last at the races (May 13), with the reduction to his benefit. Expect a valiant effort from God Still Love Me.

– HERE COMES KEN is a bay colt (February 16) by Here Comes Ben out of Sparkling Michaela, trained by Winston Morris with Phillip Parchment aboard. Note, Here Comes Ken races with the figure 8. It will be a hard task for Here Comes Ken to win this one.

– STEIN is a bay colt (April 20) by Bern Identity out of Ruby Rose, trained by Gary Subratie with Richard Henry aboard. Note, Stein races with the blinkers off, and the visor on. Has a long way to go.

– CAPTAIN PHILIP is a chestnut colt (April 8) by Hedge Fund out of Kandi With A K, trained by Gary Griffiths with Roger Hewitt aboard. Has not shown anything in his four starts to date.

– WATERMAN JOHN is a bay colt (February 7) by Sensational Slam out of Giacomos’s Pride, trained by Fitzgerald Richards with Anthony Thomas in the saddle. Note, Waterman John races with the tongue tie on. Will learn.
