KINGSTON, Jamaica – In a pulsating battle coming down the five straight, Capturemyship trained by Gregory Forsyth and ridden by Anthony Thomas produced the goods to achieve victory over Lord Ashton and SuperBolt in the seventh of 10 races on offer at Caymanas Park a short while ago.

In an Optional Claimer ($550, 000 - $500,000), Thomas who was winning his fourth race on the day, was locked in an exciting duel with SuperBolt (Raddesh Roman) from the two-furlong point in the contest.

That battle continued until there was just a half-a-furlong to go at which time Capturemyship gained the advantage to win by 1 ½ lengths.

SuperBolt faltered a bit in the latter stages of the race allowing Lord Ashton (Aaron Chatrie) to run on and get second.
