1. I am asking why The Jamaica Racing Commission at all times considered Jockey infringement constitute intimidation and interference. Define intimidation ......JRC what you are saying is that all offences is done deliberately/intentionally to cause fear of injury to the safety of another or to impede other from their final or rightful position. ,,,,,REDICILOUS.... Your charges and suspension to Jockey's are high handed and excessive and demonstrate a heinous of extracting monetary penalty on jockey of which some dont eaven eary in the amount charge in one years.
