KINGSTON, Jamaica – Trainer Wayne DaCosta extended his lead in the trainers’ championship by a small margin after Bullet Raj under the guidance of apprentice Tevin Foster won the fifth race over the five-straight course for $180,000 claimers a short while ago.
Bullet Raj led for most of the way but had to stave off the late surge of Jason’s Dream (Dane Dawkins) with third going to Woodhouse and apprentice Reyan Lewis.
Bullet Raj travelled the distance in 1:01.2. Bullet Raj was the 1-5 favourite.
