KINGSTON, Jamaica – Nine horses were officially claimed on Saturday, March 4, 2023. In the third race, Ryan Darby claimed Iannai Links for owner Alphonso Raymond for $1 million from Marlon Anderson, and Percival Hussey claimed Sir John for owners Leslie Bennett and Winston Radlein, also for $1 million, from Gary Griffiths.
Donovan Plummer claimed Wifey Sez So for owner Glendon Drummond from Patrick Fong, Ian Alexander claimed KD Rocket for owner Anthony Chin from Gary Subratie, and Steven Todd claimed Stanislaus for himself from Ray Phillips from the fourth race. All horses from the fourth event were claimed at $250,000 each.
In the seventh race Michael Hall claimed Inspired Miracle for owner Wilfred Nicholas from Jason DaCosta, Tensang Chung claimed Bin Laden for owner Rohan Gordon from Ryan Darby, Anthony Nunes claimed Hecandance for owners Ajax Bjorn and Andrew Donalds from Steven Todd, and Dennis Thwaites claimed Dodge This Link for owner Carlton Watson from Paul Charlton. All the horses from the seventh event were claimed for $550,000 each.
