KINGSTON, Jamaica – It is not often that we see leading trainer Gary Subratie hovering in the claiming ranks and certainly when he does, he is to be followed.

After taking Sir Arjun Babu on January 30, Subratie waited 20 days to race his charge and came out victorious in the Caymanas Saturday fourth.

Unbreakable (Dane Nelson) assumed the lead with Sir Arjun Babu and others not far behind. Christopher Mamdeen on Sir Arjun Babu made a sweeping move with three furlongs to go but entered the straight wide thus allowing the likes of Isotope and Nala’s Bushman the benefit of racing and challenging on the inside.

Sir Arjun Babu continued to swerve in the straight but somehow was able to hold off all others.

Isotope (Kiaman McGregor) was second and Nala’s Bushman third.
