Jockey DANIEL THOMPSON who rode CONTROL AGRESSION in the first (1st) race on Sunday, April 26th, 2026, was fined Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for excessive use of the whip during the running of the race.
Jockey ABIGAIL ABLE who rode EYE OF THE TIGER in the seventh (7th) race on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026, was fined Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for intimidation and interference caused to horse DARK AUTHORITY, by drifting left leaving the 900-meter pole.
Jockey SHAHEEM GORDON who rode FIDELITY in the second (2nd) race on Saturday, July 4th, 2026, had his explanation accepted for the excessive use of the whip during the running of the race.
Jockey DEMAR WILLIAMS who rode MR. CARTER in the sixth (6th) race on Saturday, July 4th, 2026, had his explanation accepted for excessive use of the whip during the running of the race.
Jockey DEMAR WILLIAMS who rode C W TREASURE in the eight (8th) race on Saturday, July 4th, 2026, was fined Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for excessive use of the whip during the running of the race.
Jockey ERIC HAUGHTON who rode LIFE IS LIFE in the fourth (4th) race on Sunday, July 5th, 2026, was severely cautioned for intimidation and interference caused to horse MIDNIGHT GALAXY in the vicinity of the 700-meter pole.
Trainer PAUL SWABY was summoned for faulty equipment which resulted in the fall of the rider ERIC HAUGHTON after passing the winning post whilst aboard GOLDEN AMBASSADOR in the fifth (5th) race on Saturday, June 20th, 2026. After hearing his explanation Trainer Paul Swaby was cautioned.
