KINGSTON, Jamaica – Following a highly successful staging of the Burger King Super Day, on Saturday last (November 10, 2018), a whopping total of 113 horses have been entered in the 10 races offered for competition on Wednesday (November 14) at Caymanas Park.
The feature event is the Abbie Grannum Memorial Cup – a seven-furlong race for two-year-olds, which has attracted the largest juvenile field of 11 starters, this season.
Major interest surrounds the debut of Supreme Soul trained by Anthony Nunes to be ridden by Dick Cardenas. Supreme Soul, is a chestnut colt by Soul Warrior – Beware Baby, making him a half brother to the talented Bigdaddykool.
Clockers indicate that Supreme Soul is working extremely well and that it will be a jog for the youngster winning this Cup race.
