Jockey Anthony Thomas earned another visit to the winners’ enclosure today (May 23) AT Gulfstream Park in Florida.
Thomas piloted the Diley Dakin conditioned horse number 4, Give Me Liberty to victory in the day’s eight race of 11 on the card. The distance raced was 8 ¼ furlongs.
The post-race report reads as follows: “GIVE ME LIBERTY hit the gate at the break, then was four wide on the first turn and then stalked the leader down the backside while four wide, made a three to four wide bid on the turn and was clear by the quarter pole, moved in to the three path leaving the turn and then held on late to prove best under a drive.”
