Charles Town cancelled this week's racing, scheduled for Thursday through Saturday, because of a water-main leak near the main track, and Penn National cancelled Wednesday's card because of a lack of entries.
Racing is expected to resume next Thursday and Charles Town said it would make further announcements regarding training, racing and makeup dates.
The West Virginia track had nine races on its card for Friday and Sunday, and it had eight scheduled for Saturday.
Charles Town operates on a Thursday-through-Saturday schedule until mid-November, when it will go to a Wednesday-through-Sunday schedule for the rest of the year.
Penn National operates mainly on a Wednesday-through-Friday schedule.
