Two additional overseas based horses have been added to list of potential starters in the 2025 Mouttet Mile scheduled for Saturday, December 6.
Eight spots are allocated to overseas horses in the Mouttet Mile. The addition of the latest duo brings the number thus far to seven.
The connections of Real Macho and Nautical Star have sent their letters of intent for the 2025 Mouttet Mile.
Real Macho, a chestnut gelding by Mucho Macho Man out of Hedonism by Curlin was foaled on April 22, 2021. Real Macho’s career statistics are 13 starts with three wins and earnings of US$161,360.
In 2025, Real Macho made two starts without a win or being on the board. Real Macho achieved his last win on July 5, 2024 at Gulfstream Park.
Nautical Star, a dark bay horse by Dixie Chatter out of Kiss Me Chocolate by Evansville was foaled on March 30, 2020.
Nautical Star’s career statistics are 11 starts, winning three times, with two seconds and one third place finish for earnings of US$338,827.
In 2025, Nautical Star made two starts without a win or a place on the board. Nautical Star achieved his last win on December 16, 2023 at Oaklawn Park.

These horses are low quality horses they need to be some kind of standard no Runner with less than 100,000 in first money should be allowed to run
Agreed all poor quality horses and a gelding also what can it contribute to the Jamaican breeding system as was stated for one of the reasons for allowing so many imported horses to compete
