Tradition doubles-up in Caymanas Sunday second

KINGSTON, Jamaica – After winning on February 27, Tradition returned to the race track and again found a place in the winners’ enclosure in the Caymanas Sunday second.

Ridden by Ruja Lahoe and trained by Shaun Williams, Tradition a bay gelding soared to the front of the pack while navigating the final turn after Smooth Criminal and Trevor Simpson went off in front but started to fade badly.

Stepping up the claiming ladder Tradition was full of running and winning was never in doubt once in the lead. Mr Lyndhurst who finished second behind Tradition on February 27 again occupied that position with Quora third.
