Three first-timers are set to grace the track on Mouttet Mile race day, Saturday, December 6, 2025.
Of the trio, two are USA-bred horses with prior racing experience but will be competing in Jamaica for the first time. Another debutant appears on the Overnight programme as an also eligible.
PRINCE ZAYDEN – A three-year-old bay colt (February 10) by Casual Trick out of Queen of Bagdad, trained by Louis Richards with Dane Dawkins in the saddle.
OF A REVOLUTION – A six-year-old chestnut horse (USA) by Maclean’s Music out of Hot Spell, trained by Anthony Nunes and ridden by Raddesh Roman.
NAUTICAL STAR – A five-year-old bay horse (USA) by Dixie Chatter out of Kiss Me Chocolate, trained by Anthony Nunes with Raddesh Roman aboard.
KNOCKSTAR – Listed as also eligible, this bay colt (foaled April 4) is by Midnight Hawk out of Proud Song, trained by Edward Stanberry with Jermaine Lewis holding the reins.
