Sir John, Berlino’s Choice, Nuclear Noon
KINGSTON, Jamaica - KINGSTON, Jamaica – THE QUICK WHISPERER has selected three horses for readers to pay some betting attention to on the nine-race card on Sunday, April 3, 2022.
The three horses under the Whisper’s microscope are Sir John, Berlino’s Choice, and Nuclear Noon.
SIR JOHN races in the fifth, which is a four-year-old and upwards (non-winners of three), at nine furlongs and 25 yards. Sir John is yet to fulfil any of his early promise, having raced 27 times for his two victories. On Sunday, Sir John having hovered around this grouping for a while has his best chance of earning his third win. He is in good nick as evidenced by his close fourth-place finish behind Classical Orb. Get tickets for St John to win, and an exacta box with Prince Marshall and Mine That Cat.
BERLINO’S CHOICE races in the sixth, which is a three-year-old maiden contest travelling five furlongs straight. Yellowstone, a newcomer is all the rage in this event with Berlino’s Choice and Prince Sanjay being the most experienced and consistent of the lot facing the starter. Berlino’s Choice is improving with every run, making her a live shot on Sunday, and in addition, the trip is perfect. Buy Berlino’s Choice in an exacta box with Prince Sanjay and Yellowstone. A ticket or two to win will not harm.
NUCLEAR NOON races in the high octane ninth, which is an Overnight Allowance call for three-year-old and upwards horses coming down the five-straight course. Of the 12 horses entered, three Roy Rogers, Nuclear Noon, and Billy Whizz are coming down from Open Allowance, the others are a mixture of Overnight regulars and those who are new to the grade. THE QUICK WHISPERER gives the nod to Nuclear Noon mainly because of his familiarity with the distance. Nuclear Noon should be bought to win and in an exacta box with Billy Whizz and Jordon Reign’s, as well as in the trifecta.
