KINGSTON, Jamaica – The noticeable happening on the race card of Saturday, January 8, 2022, is the return of jockey Dane Nelson.

Jockey Tevin Foster, who has been in spanking form of late, leads the jockeys having secured seven rides (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10).

Foster is followed by apprentice Roger Hewitt. Hewitt has six rides in the 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10.

Interestingly, the red hot Robert Halledeen has secured four rides in races 5, 6, 7, 10.

On Saturday, there is a shift with DaCosta having horses in four races (1, 4, 5, 9); and Nunes in two races (7, 9).

DaCosta saddles four horses in the first race; It’s A Boy; Three Times Lucky; Sir John and Ianzha Links. In the fourth, DaCosta saddles Silent Seeker; in the fifth Tradition and in the ninth Eagle One and Stranger Danger.
