KINGSTON, Jamaica – Trainer Anthony Nunes and jockey Anthony Thomas just combined to achieve their second winner on today’s 10-race race programme at Caymanas Park with Prince Charles.
Racing in a three-year-old non-winners of two for the first time, Prince Charles who is named after the Prince of Port-of-Spain, cricket star Brian Charles Lara, came from off the pace set by Just Trick Me to win the 5 ½ furlongs event by two lengths.
Second went to 71-1 chance Roy Rogers with Universal Boss third.
The winning time was 1:07.3 by Prince Charles who was a 3-1 betting option.
