New curfew hours - new race dates, Derby, Oaks to be run on same day

Kingston, Jamaica - The Government of Jamaica this evening announced new curfew hours to combat COVID-19.

The new curfew hours are - Mondays to Saturdays - 8:00 pm - 5:00 am and on Sundays and Public Holidays 3:00 pm to - 5.00 am

Of special note is that Derby Day originally scheduled for Independence Day (August 6) has been shifted to Saturday, August 7, 2021.

The Jamaica Oaks originally set for Saturday, August 7, 2021 will be run on the same day along with the Derby.

Below are the new race dates along with their  Overnights.
