The Jamaican combination of jockey Jerome Innis and trainer Jason DaCosta combined yesterday (July 22) to win the third race at the Thistledown racetrack in Ohio, USA.
Innis guided Empire Vybz to victory in a two-year-old maiden call going five furlongs.
The post-race report reads as follows: “EMPIRE VYBZ sprinted to a daylight lead soon after the start, set all the pace unchallenged and won as much the best under strong handling.”
