The fourth race on Thursday, August 6, 2026, is a restricted event for three-year-old maidens, staged in honour of past Derby winner Calculus.
Nine runners will face the starter over six furlongs, each seeking that elusive first victory.

1 – D.O.K
Bay colt (May 2) by Spieth out of Regency
Trainer – Anthony Nunes
Jockey – Shane Richardson
Rallied strongly when stretched to 9 ½ furlongs last time, finishing a close second behind Wah A Gwaan. The cutback to six furlongs should suit his running style, and D.O.K appears well placed to deliver another competitive effort.
2 – CODE RED
Chestnut colt (May 4) by Aveenu Malcainu out of Eighteen Karat

A model of consistency across his eight starts, finishing well clear of rivals including My Friend Micki. With steady progression and proven ability, Code Red holds the strongest chance of finally breaking his maiden tag.
3 – BEHAVE

Seven outings have yielded little promise, with performances below expectations. Unless she finds dramatic improvement, Behave is unlikely to trouble the principals.
4 – DIVA

Absent since May 16, Diva returns after an 89-day break. She showed ability before her layoff, finishing just a length behind Nebraska at this trip. Talent is evident, but her readiness post-injury is the question. If fully recovered, Diva could prove the one to beat.
5 – MY FRIEND MICKI

The veteran of the field with 17 starts. Experience alone makes her a reliable candidate for the minor placings, especially in exotic wagers.

Expectations have outweighed results so far. While a placing is possible, a breakthrough win looks unlikely at this stage.
