KINGSTON, Jamaica – After a cold debut on October 6 Elroy returned with the blinkers off and first time Lasix to win the second race at 9-1 with jockey Robert Halledeen aboard but was disqualified and placed fifth behind Uncle Polly and the race awarded to Royal Approach.

Royal Approach trained by Anthony Nunes gave jockey Dane Nelson the perfect start on his return from Canada as he made it two wins from two starts having won the first event on the Diamond Mile first day of racing at Caymanas Park with Msmyrtlerichiegirl.

The event – a maiden two-year-old run over 6 ½ furlongs saw newcomer Lord of Ajahlon (Kerry-Gayl Robinson) and Another Affair (Dane Dawkins) vying for the lead with Royal Approach and Uncle Polly (Phillip Parchment) just behind.

Just before entering the straight, Eroy and Halledeen made their move on the outside as Another Affair took over. Elroy then moved across the path of Uncle Polly and his number was taken down for causing interference and intimidation.

After the disqualification of Elroy, My Time Now (Omar Walker) moved up to second and Another Affair got third.
