Quickgallopja.com presents the initial list of potential starters for the 2025 Mouttet Mile, scheduled to be run on Saturday, December 6, in accordance with the event’s official conditions.
Of the 16 available spots, eight have been reserved for overseas-based horses active since January 1, 2025. At this stage, five of those international contenders have arrived in Jamaica, signalling their intent to compete in the island’s richest race.
Additionally, two horses that have been racing locally since January 1, 2025, have secured automatic berths via the designated “Win and You’re In” qualifiers. Barnaby earned his place with victory in the Ian Levy Cup, while I Dream Again booked his ticket by winning the Jamaica Derby.
