At the end of the 6th race no punter spotted all six winners then it was announced that there would be a carry over. Can this ever be legal? The funds in the pari mutuel after the deductions belong solely to the punters. How can SVREL unilaterally decide to keep it? What does a carry over mean? Will it be paid at the next race meet or just whenever they feel to do so? Why won't they pay on 5 if no one spot 6? Shouldn't SVREL pay to the punters interest for the time they have this amount pending? Is this fair? The government should be questioned too. Please query for me.
