Jockey DANIEL THOMPSON who rode COLORADO RANGER in the second (2nd) race on Saturday, September 12, 2026 was suspended for one (1) race day for the excessive use of his whip. The suspension will commence on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026.
Jockey ERIC HAUGHTON who rode BLOOD MOON in the second (2nd) race on Saturday, September 12, 2026 was fined Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for the excessive use of his whip.
Trainer PETER-JOHN PARSARD was summoned for the inconsistent and sudden deterioration in the performance of his horse MCMULLEN during the running of the second (2nd) race on Saturday, September 12, 2026 in breach of Rule 200 (4) (I and ii) and 5. After hearing his submission, Trainer Peter- John Parsard was exonerated.
