KINGSTON, Jamaica – Trainer Johnny Wilmot enjoyed one of his best days at the track after Deep Blue Sea closed a triple on the day in the Caymanas Saturday nightcap.

In doing so, Wilmot also reached the landmark of 100 winners. Wilmot other winners were Nuclear Emma and Devine Lexie.

Deep Blue Sea’s success was carved out in a high claiming event ($1 million - $800,000) for three-year-old and upwards at five furlongs round.

From the gates opened it was all Deep Blue Sea with Romario Spencer in the saddle and although tying up in the final stage of the race as Glock (Linton Steadman) came flying, Deep Blue Sea had done enough to earn the victory.

Glock was second and Weekend Jazz (Tevin Foster) third.
