KINGSTON, Jamaica – The fifth race on Saturday, December 24, 2022, sees eight three-year-olds in the last chance saloon, as they seek to break the maiden tag.

The Quick Galloper takes a look at the eight starters going six furlongs.

– TRUE RYLIE is a bay filly (May 6) by Savoy Stomp out of Go Flint Go. This filly is coming to come with on and off efforts. Should find herself on the board.

– KING AIR is a chestnut colt by Midnight Hawk out of Mameta. Has shown a lot of speed in his last two starts. King Air has the tendency of slowing in the final part of his races. The last time out over seven furlongs, King Air again faltered making the six furlongs on Saturday a better deal. Has to be caught.

– CAVE MAN is a bay gelding by Dayton Flyer out of Burning Brightly. Can be safely disregarded.

– PRINT QUALITY is a bay gelding by Casual Trick out of She Can Peach. Print Quality’s last three outings have been probing enough to suggest that he is coming into useful form. Six furlongs is the ideal trip for Print Quality.

– CODE OF CONDUCT is a bay filly by Midnight Hawk out of Amicable. This well-experienced filly has been getting closer and closer to the winning post. Code of Conduct will be the deciding factor in this one.

– ASURETY is a chestnut gelding by Perfect Curlin out of Sure To Cure. Asurety has flattered to deceive too many times. That flattery will continue on Saturday.

– PRINCIPAL TIFFANY is a bay filly by Silent Valor out of Our Dreams. Can be bypassed. Note, Principal Tiffany races with the tongue tie on, and the figure 8 on.

– SNEAKY JOE is a bay colt by Sensational Slam by Distinctly Natural. Will have to wait.
