FOR NATIVE-BRED AND IMPORTED THREE-YEAR-OLDS AND UPWARD.

Purse distribution: JMD $5,500,000; $1,800,000; $900,000; $500,000; $300,000; $200,000; $100,000; $100,000; $100,000; $100,000 each to the 1st –10th placed horses, respectively. A JMD $400,000 bonus will be paid to the breeder of the winning horse. The winning owner will receive a commemorative trophy valued at JMD $200,000. Trophies will also be presented to the winning breeder, trainer, jockey, and groom. All incentives are donated by the Jamaica Racing Commission.

Purse payments:

(a) Owner 70%; Trainer 15%; Jockey 10%; Groom 5%.

(b) The breeder’s bonus will be paid in accordance with Rule 231 of the Jamaica Racing Commission Racing Rules (1977).

Nomination fee of JMD $60,000, payable to Supreme Ventures Racing & Entertainment Limited:

JMD $20,000 due on or before 3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 4, 2026

(Non-refundable.) The list of entrants will be published on or before Monday, July 6, 2026.

(b) $40,000 on or before 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 11, 2026

(Refundable only if the horse is scratched by the JRC/SVREL Veterinarian or Starter.) The list of entrants will be published on or before Monday, July 13, 2026.

Trainers must confirm each horse’s participation in writing (entry blank) with the Racing Office by 3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 11, 2026.

Declarations of jockeys, equipment, and medication (Lasix) close at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

Post-position draw: Wednesday, July 15, 2026 (time to be announced).

All declared starters are subject to a veterinary examination at Scratch Time on Thursday, July 16, 2026 (8:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.).

Any horse racing in Jamaica for the first time must obtain a Starter’s Certificate from the resident Starter at Caymanas Park.

Maximum field: 16 horses.

14 positions reserved for horses domiciled in Jamaica before January 1, 2026.

2 positions will be reserved for horses not domiciled in Jamaica before January 1, 2026.

One position from 3(b) will be reserved for a NYRA based entrant.

Owners/trainers MUST provide a letter of intent to participate to the Racing Secretary([email protected]) by May 31, 2026. The Past Performances of the horse/s must also be submitted by May 31, 2026. Horses will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. The highest year-to-date earnings (USD), including earnings in Jamaica, will be used in the selection should any of the first 2 horses 3(b) be scratched for any reason. (January 1, 2026 – July 11, 2026).

If there are no entrants from (b)above, the remaining positions will be filled by Horses domiciled in Jamaica before January 1, 2026.

     (e) All horses(a)&(d) will be selected based on the highest weight allotted.

The highest year-to-date earnings (January 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026 will be used if more than 16 horses are declared to start and/or if horses have the same allotted weight.

     (g) Maidens and untrieds are NOT ELIGIBLE.

Imported -   Horses not foaled in Jamaica, Barbados, and Trinidad & Tobago.

 WEIGHT ALLOTMENT

BASIC WEIGHT: 126lb, FILLIES and MARES ALLOWED... 5lb,

NATIVE-BRED 3-Y-O ALLOWED… 16lb.

The BASIC WEIGHT will be applied to the race with only horses  

domiciled in Jamaica, Barbados, and Trinidad & Tobago before

January 1, 2026.

Should there be one or more horses entered that are not domiciled  

  in Jamaica, Barbados, and Trinidad & Tobago before January 1, 2026, the following will apply:

The Basic Weight will be applied to horse/s not domiciled in Jamaica, Barbados, and Trinidad and Tobago before January 1, 2026.

NO OTHER ALLOWANCES ARE APPLICABLE.

A 5lb allowance will be applied to the Basic Weight and all other allowances applicable to all horses domiciled in Jamaica, Barbados, and Trinidad & Tobago before January 1, 2026.

Weights will be applied as follows for horses that have won, one or more 3yo and up Grade 1&/or Graded/Open Allowance races since October 1, 2025.

2 or more races at 8 furlongs or over to carry the basic weight.

1 race at 8 furlongs or over allowed ………………...…...4lb

1 or more races at 6 ½ to 7 ½ furlongs allowed …….8lb

1 or more races at 6 furlongs or less allowed... .10lb

(e)Horses that have won one or more Open Allowance races since 

   October 1, 2025, allowed ……………………………….12lb

(f)Horses that have won any other race since October 1, 2025, allowed  ……………………………….14lb

(g)Horses that have not won a race since:

(i) March 19, 2026, allowed 2lb

(ii) October 1, 2025, allowed 4lb

  (h)Weights will be applied based on the highest class of race won and   

     the longest distance won since October 1, 2025.

  (i)The weight of horses that have not won a race since October 1, 2025, will be calculated based on the highest-class race won before October 1, 2025, plus any additional allowances.

     If at the close of entries, there are no horse/s entered whose weight is 126lb, then the highest weighted horse/s will be adjusted upward to 126lb, and all other horse/s will be adjusted upward accordingly.

***NO APPRENTICE CLAIMS ALLOWED***

ONLY HORSES THAT ARE CLASSIFIED IN THE GRADED STAKES, OPEN ALLOWANCE CATEGORIES, AND HORSES THAT HAVE RACED IN THE OVERNIGHT ALLOWANCE CATEGORY SINCE OCTOBER 1, 2025, WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THIS RACE.

WEIGHTS FOR HORSES DOMICILED IN JAMAICA, BARBADOS, AND TRINIDAD & TOBAGO WILL BE ALLOTTED BASED ON THE HIGHEST-CLASS RACE/S WON IN JAMAICA OR THEIR EQUIVALENT IN BARBADOS, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO SINCE October 1, 2025.

THIS RACE IS BEING CONTESTED UNDER THE JAMAICA RACING COMMISSION RACING RULES 1977.
