KINGSTON, Jamaica – Five-year-old grey gelding Doctor Grey romped to his second career victory (41 starts) by winning the Caymanas Saturday second.

The Caymanas Saturday second was a five-year-old and upwards Restricted Stakes (non-winners of two races) event at six furlongs.

The early splits were sets by Faulyna Forever (Gordon Gregory) and Star Lee (Romario Spencer), with the former taking over after they went by the four-furlong marker.

At this stage Roger Hewitt on Doctor Grey raced in mid-pack.

In the lane for the final two furlongs, Faulyna Forever was the lone leader but now Doctor Grey trained by Joseph Thomas started to lengthen his strides to blow past Faulyna Forever winning by all of 10 ½ lengths.

Stacyslady (Chalrick Budhai), also trained by Thomas came in for second with Faulyna Forever third.
