Jockey Samantha Fletcher notched another win at the Century Mile race track in Canada on Saturday, July 19, 2025.
It was a chance ride win for Flecther as she replaced another Jamaican, Richard Lunan on the Ken Bell trained, Puddingontheritz in the day’s sixth event.
Fletcher had the better of two other Jamaican, Ruja Lahoe who finished second on Tigerito and Dane Nelson, third on Take Charge Curly.
The post-race report reads as follows: “PUDDINGONTHERITZ sent for speed, held a short lead in the final turn and drew clear in the stretch.”
