Two late non-starters on Saturday programme thus far

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Thus far two horses have been declared late non-starters on the 10-race Governor’s Cup card today (Saturday, May 25, 2019) at Caymanas Park. The late non-starters are Special Counsel in the second race and Key Witness in the fourth.
