KINGSTON, Jamaica – Despite exiting her starting stall in last place, jockey Reyan Lewis comfortably pushed through Blind Faith on the rails to take the lead after a furlong and a half with the duo holding on for dear life to win the Caymanas Sunday third.

Blind Faith trained by Ian Parsard, was well away from the chasing bunch led by Reigning King when the horses entered the straight with the latter giving up his effort quickly.

Then suddenly out of the clouds came Bloodsweatandtears (Mario Chong) with a late surge. Lewis riding for all he was worth somehow got Blind Faith to hold on by a head over Bloodsweatandtears with Reigning King third.
