A triple for “The Canter Man” Shane Ellis as True Al Sky at 7-1 shines in Caymanas Monday sixth

TRUE2

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The winning form of St Leger winner Shane (Canter Man) Ellis is presently overflowing as the former champion closed a triple on the day on the Al Brown trained True Al Sky at odd of 7-1 in the Caymanas Monday sixth.

Ellis’ triple closer came in a Restricted Allowance 11 (three-year-old non-winners of two) fillies only event at a distance of seven furlongs.

The pace was set by the duo of Badgyalriri (Dick Cardenas) and Midnight Blue (Matthew Bennett).

Then close to the four furlong marker Silver Hawk (Aaron Chatrie) burst through on the rails as True Al Sky followed. That move by Silver Hawk was short lived as she quickly backed out thereby paving the way for Ellis to claim the rails.

True Al Sky took the runners into the straight and from there no opposition came to the fore.

Badgyalriri was second and Chandra’s Law (Omar Walker) third.
