The entire body of Stewards should be replaced and all players in the racing industry should show support.
These steward need 2 tke there hed out of there ASS HOLD
here yee..here yee.i have seen the many instances of excessive use of whips at the track so many times, its common place. Some jockeys are more guilty than some.now i think i have the solution to tamper the obsession. To lower the instinct which kicks in as soon as they enter the stretch drive for most riders you have to deny use, fineing a low fee is not the deterent.here goes; the stewards will ask the rider two questions.do you wish to ride for 30 days without the use of the stick? ANSWER no, offending rider pays 150,000 dollars for every infringement, do you wish to ride for 30 days without the the whip? YES.the jockey will ride whipless for all mounts in that period
I guess nobody will be riding
here yee..i guess i went heavy handed on the infringement fine ,and i agree with MR.HORACE SMITH that nobody would be riding paying that hefty sum,but if you tally all the fines for the calendar year its thousands of dollars that jockeys are paying to the racing commision.the whip should be a music conductors baton, use it smartly where and when its needed. lots of these current jockeys cannot ride hands and heel..it a lost art.
