KINGSTON, Jamaica - The promoting company of local horseracing, Supreme Ventures Racing and Entertainment Limited (SVREL) is rebranding its Pick-5 wager. The Pick-5 is now the 5 Star.
SVREL says in its advert for the 5 Star, that the minimum wager is $10, with the minimum guaranteed payout being $500,000. The payout for the High-5 was $250,000.
Carryovers for the 5 Star like the High-5 will go to the next available 5 Star pool.
The first mandatory payout for the 5 Star is set for Sunday, May 19.
