KINGSTON, Jamaica – Apprentice Christopher Mamdeen brought Chief of State from way of the pace in the last furlong and a half of a five straight Restricted Allowance 1V run over to win by 2 ½ lengths.
Chief of State trained by Spencer Chung came home in a time of 1:01.1 to give the irrepressible Mamdeen his second win on the 10 race mid-week card. Chief of State went off at even money.
Second was Miss In Kiss and third K J Express.
