KINGSTON, Jamaica – Nineteen horses have been provisionally entered in the $3 million Chairman’s Plate to be run over nine furlongs and 25 yards on Mouttet Mile race day, Saturday, December 3, 2022.
The Chairman’s Plate is for horses at the Overnight Allowance level.
