KINGSTON, Jamaica - The post-position numbers have been drawn for the 2022 running of the three-year-old colts and geldings only - one mile Classic, the 2000 Guineas. This Classic event takes place at Caymanas Park next Sunday, June 5.
The odds-makers at QUICKGALLOP.COM have huddled following the draw and have installed Emperorofthecats as the 2-1 favourite to win the 2000 Guineas. Previously Emperorofthecats and Blue Vinyl were listed as joint 2-1 favourites.
The odds-makers have lengthened the price on Blue Vinyl by a smidgen based on him drawing position one.
