KINGSTON, Jamaica – Following the announcement in Parliament today (Wednesday, September 15, 2021), the promoting company for horse racing in Jamaica, has announced new dates for affected race days.
The new curfew hours are - effective Saturday, September 18 until 5:00 am on September 29, the curfew hours for Mondays to Fridays will be 8:00 pm to 5:00 am.
On Saturdays, the curfew hours during the period mentioned above, will begin at 6:00 pm, while Sundays will be a no-movement day.
Therefore, the race meet of Sunday, September 19, 2021 will be rescheduled to Monday, September 20, 2021. Nominations after which an Overnight programme will be available will be tomorrow, Thursday, September 16, 2021.
The race meet of Sunday, September 26, 2021 will be rescheduled to Monday, September 27, 2021.
Nominations after which an Overnight programme will be available will be on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
