KINGSTON, Jamaica – King’s Magician closed a triple for trainer Anthony Nunes and a double for jockey Linton Steadman in the Caymanas Saturday nightcap – the eleventh.

It was a romp for King’s Magician in a three-year-old and upwards event at 6 furlongs.

The early fractions were ticked off by Baton Rouge (Anthony Thomas) and for a while Broken Light (Andre Powell) tried to challenge with King’s Magician third.

King’s Magician then upped the ante by sweeping to the lead on the inside rails with three furlongs left in the race and that was that for the rest.

Ianzha Links (Dick Cardenas) ran on for second with Turnonthelight (Oneil Mullings) third.
