Princess Lauren makes it two-in-a-row as Dane Nelson gets his first in the Caymanas Saturday third

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Princess Lauren with “The Warrior Chief” Dane Nelson aboard although a winner did not have it as easy as expected in the Caymanas Saturday third.

When the starter pressed his button Fly First Class shot to the front with Nelson urging on Princess Lauren trained by Robert Pearson after a poor start.

Princess Lauren caught-up with Fly First Class after two furlongs were completed and immediately pulled away from the rest of the field.

In the straight, Nelson surprisingly had to get down and push hard as Cartel (Tevin Foster) was coming on with a late effort.

But Nelson as is normal was able to keep Princess Lauren going winning by 1 ¼ lengths. Third went to Baltusrol.

This was Princess Lauren fourth winning effort from 10 runs and it was her second in succession.
