Trainer Harry Parsard passed away on August 16, 2016, at age 79.
Exactly nine years later, on August 16, 2025, his son Ian Parsard and grandson Peter John Parsard marked the anniversary with a rare and poignant tribute: both saddled winners on the same race card at Caymanas Park.
