The second winner in 2022 for trainer Wayne Parchment
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Starting as the 8-5 favourite in the Caymanas Saturday (April 2) first, Out on a Limb led from start to finish to win the three-year-old and upwards Optional Claimer ($250,000 - $200,000) at seven furlongs.
Trained by Wayne Parchment with jockey Andre Powell having the reins in his hands, Out on a Limb, once she got to the lead at the off was never challenged and in the straight went further away from pursuers, winning by 5 ¾ lengths. Sir Puddington (Kiaman McGregor) finished second with third going to the poor starting Kiah (Reyan Lewis).
Out on a Limb was recording her third career victory from 33 starts, while Parchment was saddling his second this year.
